how many weight watchers points in a visalus shake?

Well, let’s review.

The Body by Vi Shakes are considered, for Weight Watchers purposes, to be:

  • 2 points when made with Water
  • 3 points when made with skim milk.

Now, the Shakes are designed to be made with 8-12 oz of skim or low fat milk.  Weight Watchers points for 8oz of that is 2 points.

So, I’m just not too sure.  Based on the information above, it appears 2+2=3 in Visalus land!

One quick tip – if you have a smart phone, the weight watchers app. will let you enter information and give you the points.   I seem to remember getting 4 points when my wife did it!
